Rice Chex Anyone?

A couple days ago I came into the living room to find this...He can reach things on the counter now so we have to be extra careful about what we leave up there! No knives!

I snuck into David's room yesterday, without him waking up! That's a miracle! This is how I found him...

I've been wondering where he actually fell asleep for naps since he's free to roam around the room now. At least he made it to the bed!

Sydney and I playing during David's nap. She was talking, that's why she looks like that.

I love the guilty/sad look on David's face in the first pic!

I love sleeping baby pictures. That quilt is so cute.

When we discovered that Emma could reach things on the counter I was so nervous about leaving knives within her reach. Dan worked for Cutco (sp?) for a little while, so we have some of their knives that are razor sharp! No accidents, thankfully, but I still worry about it every now and then.

Good for you for making the chex a "picture moment." Sometimes I find that diffuses the urge to get totally frustrated by the mess.

That first picture is awesome (although I'm glad I wasn't the one who had to clean up the mess!). I love how David's face is like "Uh-oh. Was I not supposed to do this?" and Sydney's like "I was in the chair the whole time, I swear Mom, it was all him." Your kids crack me up!

Cute pics!! Especially the cereal pics. Love em!!

I also love what you wrote about the attacks on the LDS church. It was very well put, and you can feel the emotion behind it. Thanks for taking a stand, and setting an example for the rest of us.

To bad that David didn't find a gross cereal- I love chex and am pained to see all of it go to waste. But i guess he did make up for it by looking so cute!
