Well we are finally back home after spending a great couple weeks in WA with our families. It was so good to see all of them, and for me, to get to know Scott's family even more. We didn't do a whole lot of things outside peoples homes, but we still had a great time. I have sooooo many pictures that there's no way I'm going to do it all in one post. So, in this first post I have put up some pictures of our adventures with my family. They are in no order at all.
Tomorrow I will try to post all of the pictures from hanging out with Scott's family. It is a busy day though so I'm sorry if I don't!
Ok, I just found some more pictures of sledding, our get together at the Biddles, and SnowFlake Lane, so after I post about Scott's family I will post the best of those. If you don't care about these pictures, sorry! Come back in a week. =) jk.
David has finally discovered he can eat apple peels and loves to eat whole apples.

So my family has this cat, and David could not get over her! Every time she showed her face he would pelt after her like there was nothing left in the world to do but that, and she would go flying away, her feet slipping out from under her as she tried to turn fast on the wood floor. It was quite funny actually, though I'm sure she is so happy to be rid of us. =) This was Christmas morning. She loves sitting in wrapping paper.

My wonderful husband in his new sweater.

Presents! David still doesn't understand the whole Christmas thing, but he does understand that.
lol
David playing Christmas songs on the chimes Christmas Eve. It's something we've done since I was a kid. We were supposed to be with Scott's family this day, but we were snowed in. Sad!

Wow, these pictures really are backwards! We went to a beach just a few miles from my family's house to watch the Christmas ship. It comes and parks a ways out and the choir on it sings to you over loud speakers. A little further back from the beach there is a
bon fire, but who needs that? We were having fun being pelted with wind and snow on the beach listening to Christmas songs!

Grandpa got David up from his nap and David was being very cute while he held him. He calls him "Papa"

My siblings had a great time making each other fall on the snow covered trampoline. It was very entertaining to watch. Sorry, none of those pictures are as good as this one.

Great pictures. I'd tell you which are my favorites, but there were too many. Looks like so much fun being with family. Note to self: go home for Christmas next year. :)
How have I never heard of the Christmas ship?
I didn't know your parents were back in Washington...did I miss that whole thing too!?! I'm so out of it!
Your little bell is just beautiful!
I am always so amazed at your photos. Even the causal shots are beautiful. You are so talented. Thanks for sharing your pictures of your family. I miss all of you so much.
Love the pictures! I can't believe you were here long enough to see the snow melt! That's a long time! It was great to see you if even for a second!
